Michael Farrand serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Völur, bringing over 30 years of experience in the food and agriculture sector. His extensive background encompasses sales, management, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions within the consumer goods industry. Michael has a proven track record of implementing SaaS solutions, which aligns with our mission to revolutionize the meat processing industry through AI-driven optimization.‍

Prior to joining Völur, Michael held leadership roles that leveraged his expertise in commercial strategy and business development. He is also the founder of Farrand Consulting Group and has served on the boards of organizations such as Shore Boards, Inc. and Northern Waters Environmental School Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Cloud State University and has completed further professional development at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
