Adrián Díaz is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Völur, where he leads product strategy, design, and development for the company’s AI-powered optimization platform. With a deep background in robotics, systems engineering, and applied AI, Adrián has been instrumental in translating complex industry challenges into scalable, intelligent solutions for the meat and food processing sector. Prior to co-founding Völur, he worked with aviation and manufacturing startups, where he developed cutting-edge software systems in collaboration with major industry players. Adrián holds an MSc in Robot Systems Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark. At Völur, he combines his technical acumen and product vision to drive innovation and create measurable impact for customers across the value chain.
