Robert Ekrem is the Co-Founder and former CEO of Völur, where he now serves on the Board of Directors. With a strong background in the meat and poultry industry, Robert has been instrumental in shaping Völur's mission to optimize and make the meat industry more sustainable through AI-driven solutions. Prior to founding Völur, he held positions at Nortura, Norway's largest meat producer, and served as a Category Manager at NorgesGruppen. Robert holds a Master of Science in Management from UCL School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rochester Christian University.
