Justin Sherrard is a globally recognized expert in animal protein and agribusiness, with more than two decades of experience advising food and agriculture companies on strategy, sustainability, and supply chain transformation. Until 2024, he served as Global Strategist for Animal Protein at Rabobank, where he led global research and insight development across the meat and livestock sectors. Today, he works independently with boards, CEOs, and investors to navigate structural shifts in protein demand, production, and value creation. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Applied Science from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. At Völur, he brings deep industry knowledge and a strategic sustainability lens to support the company’s long-term impact in the meat industry.
